Unfortunately you don’t have any place in our kitchen, otherwise you would see how carefully we choose our ingredients and with how much passion our chefs cooks your meal. Of course, all the dishes are purely prepared vegetarian or vegan .

We are committed to a healthy and balanced diet, which can also smack the non-vegetarians with her tongue. Our vegetarian and vegan dishes are prepare each day fresh for you, of course, only with selectet ingredients.

We take our organic-beans fresh roasted by the roasting Noir in Zurich and  we will freshly milled your coffee à la minute.
